1. Set up objectives and plans for the department's operation consistent with the brewery's overall goals by week, month, quarter, or year.
2. Advise the Director in the field of Administration - Human Capital.
3. To direct, and organize work related to human capital as a delegated authority by the Human Capital Department of the Corporation.
4. Assign and assess the degree to complete the task of staff.
5. Direct and organize for setting up plans: norms of labour; training; recruitment. Directly participate in interviews and recruitment for senior positions.
6. Direct the construction, issuing internal documents, external affairs, and notices ...; Building, registering and giving the internal management regulations.
7. To direct and organize the reception of information, transfer of information inside and outside the Company and handle arising related to the operation of the unit.
8. Direct the planning, implementation, report finalization of work on administrative management (service contract, procurement, administration fees, per diems ...)
9. Directing and organizing the implementation of the work: The reception, festivities, organizing and servicing conferences, meetings, and receptions of the Company.
10. Organize the archive of records and documents related to professional work.
11. Preserve assigned assets and confidential information.
12. Direct, organize and manage and administer work safety and labour protection.
13. Review, and suggest improving the working environment, production conditions guaranteed to meet specified requirements follow.
14. Direct and organize the implementation of periodic health checks for all employees’ company; organize the preparation procedure, and the track record of health, medical and first aid on site for employees.
15. Organize and implement public relations with local authorities.
16. Organize AGM & internal events
17. Work with relevant local governments (Firefighting, occupational safety, food safety and hygiene, land lease, company legal documents ...)
18. Responsible for the reports required by the Corporation.
19. Annual manpower allocation.
20. Organize the inspection and evaluation of the results of performing the above tasks.
21. Organize analysis and report the implementation of the above tasks, proposing periodic preventive and improvement measures.
22. Perform other additional tasks at each specific stage.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University in Personnel Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years experience of expertise and a minimum 2 years of managerial experience in the position of Assistant Manager or equivalent.
- Understand the operation of the production.
- Work location may change to work at Saigon Branch Nhon Trach 3 Chuong Duong Beverage Joint Stock Company, Nguyen Ai Quoc Street, Nhon Trach 3 Industrial Park, Hiep Phuoc Town, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province in 2023 (by company car)
