Mô tả công việc
  • Responsible for mandatory Insurance (Insurance Book, Health Insurance card, monthly declaration, monthly balance payment) and Personal Income Tax (PIT).
  • Responsible for C&B topics such as bonuses calculation, annual salary review, personnel cost planning, etc.
  • Handle administration tasks.
  • Engage other HR-related topics like HR policies/guidelines, HR Compliance policy, and administration.
  • Support the HR team in hiring.
  • Working directly with HQ.
  • Report to BOD.
  • And other assignments, we will discuss more details at the interview.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Have at least two years of experience in an HRM role.
  • Have solid knowledge of payroll, tax, Vietnam Labor law, Vietnam social insurance, and particle experience in employee relations.
  • Fluent in English
  • Have experience in IPO
  • Good MS Office or Google sheet...
  • Negotiation skills
  • Communication skills
  • Having the ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, work assignments, and changes in priorities is preferable.
  • Tactful, creative, and careful.
