Lawyer (Junior to Mid Level)

• Supervising licensing work
• Provide legal advice on all corporate matters including, among others, M&A, real estate, foreign investment, banking and finance, employment, dispute resolution
• Draft and review legal memorandums, contracts and agreements for clients
• Follow and implement instructions of senior lawyers and partners.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Legal practicing certificate is a must;
• Strong verbal and written skills in Vietnamese and English;
• Teamwork spirit is a must;
• Strong communication skills;
• Commitment and dedication to their legal career;
• Enthusiasm and energy at work;
• Ability to carry out legal research;
• Ability to work under high pressure working environment;
• At least four years working experience on legal field.
