Purpose
- To assist the Legal Department in administration issues, keeping legal documents and other matters as requested.

Accountability, Duty
- To do company secretary work
- To assist and provide with legal administration and supports in effective manner.
- To well keep, maintain and archive the legal documents and database
- To monitor and keep the Company Seals of relevant entities as assigned.

As a Legal Assistant cum Legal Document Controller, he/she will:
- Keep and maintain legal documents and other records;
- Keep the legal database organized by establishing and organizing files and folders;
- Keep and monitor the use of the Company Seals of relevant entities as assigned;
- Assist in maintaining legal database subscription services, including renewal thereof;
- Assist in handling and processing invoices and billing matters with external lawyers, including working with Accounting and other departments for payment process;
- Assist in arranging meetings and making appointments as requested;
- Monitor and coordinate the task diaries/calendars under the instruction of the Legal Department, and following up with other members thereon;
- Assist in preparing relevant reports as requested, for example budget control or legal spend ledger, etc.; and
- Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time in relation to the position.

Educational Level:
- Graduate or above
Qualification:
- University degree
- Additional training or education in laws is an advantage

Work Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experiences working as administrator or document controller, of which 2 years working as legal secretary or assistant in a law-firm is an advantage.
- Strong experiences in administration and legal document control
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Reporting Skills, Research Skills, Legal Administration Skills
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Words, Excel and PPT)
- Decent English skills.
