- Assisting the department director in researching legal matters, especially pertaining to investment law, real estate law, urban planning law, and land law
- Reviewing contracts and transactions with renowned Investors around the world
- Providing legal opinion on requested matters
- Liaising with the Authority and Investors to complete assigned tasks
- Detecting and advising on possible risks to the operation of the Company
- Updating relevant changes in legal systems and analyzing the influence of such changes
- Details will be elaborated during the interview.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Fluency in English and Legal English concerning Reading, Listening, Writing and Speaking
- Diligent, Honest, Hardworking, Responsible
- Negotiation and Communication skills, Able to work under pressure
- The ability to work independently and in collaboration with the team and other departments
- Microsoft Office competency
- Degree: Bachelor or Master of Law
- Experience: At least 04 years at law firms or at prestigious real estate enterprise
- Lawyer Practicing License is a strong advantage
- The desire and willingness to work at the Company for a long time.
