Mô tả công việc

In charge of Legal team which means covering the following tasks:
- Update new regulations;
- Consult, propose and advise the Board of Directors on legal risks;
- Build internal regulations and processes;
- Draft & review contract and other document templates;
- Apply for a licenses;
- Carry out legal procedures related to the operation of the business;
- Other tasks under the assignment of the BOD

Yêu cầu công việc

- Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws, candidates with a lawyer practicing certificate are preferred.
- Knowledge: Minimum 05 years of experience in law firms and/or Legal department, candidates having experienced in international companies are preferred.
- Legal knowledge: Law on Enterprise, Law on Investment, Labour Code, Civil Code, Advertising and E-commerce laws, IP laws,...
- Skills: MS Office, Reporting, Leadership skills, Good command at English is a must.
- Attitude: Hard-working, dynamic and logical thinking.
