Mô tả công việc
We would like to find fulltime professonal lawyer (Prefer more than 5 years legal experience) for our Hanoi office.
- Assist Representative Attorney for IP cases. Prepare legal documents in English and Vietnamese;
- Prepare official letter and working with infringer relate to IP business;
- Maintain good relationship with local law offices and local law firms;
- Work and maintain good relationship with Government Officers to push customer's dossiers and solve the troubles if any;
- Participating in other legal advice activities from customers;
- Coordinate with other internal departments to resolve client's issues;
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Degree holder, major in Law or Economic Law with lawyer practicing certificate;
- Over 5 years working experience in professional service and/ or Law firms with minimum 5 years at supervisory level;
- Flexibility to adapt with business requirements and changing laws and regulations;
- Have knowledges and experiences in Vietnamese enterprises and the situation of businesses in Vietnam;
- Must be initiative, independent and strong motivation;
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Vietnamese;
- Studied IP Law in University and have some experience with IP Laws and infringement case (not require but prefer).
