Marketing Manager

This role plays a critical part to take full ownership of the assigned brands by leading the brand development strategy & plan including budget responsibility, revenue growth management strategy, research and read insights, future trend prediction, and integrated marketing communication activation.
- Manage the development and planning of the marketing strategy effectively and passionately in leading the assigned Gene Solutions' brand names to achieve the best results based on set objectives by Marketing Director;
- Marketing Manager (AMM) in development of all elements of the marketing mix including new product, Below-The-Line (BTL) communication and promotional strategies for new projects and launches to strengthen brand awareness & equity and ensure alignment of brand positioning.
- Design marketing campaigns that will drive both acquisition and retention for the growth of Gene Solutions business
- Analyze market positioning and target audience insights;
- Develop and analyze marketing plans on all channels;
- Monitor market trend and predict future trend;
- Manage approved budgets for marketing activities;
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
