- Answering the customer's inquiry or question.
- Solving the issue after checking with operation team.
- Visiting the customer regularly for getting VOC.
- Having a meeting with customer when we have issue.
- Contact with new customer for arranging the meeting.
- Keep communication with customer for making the contract (HQ Legal team will support for contract term & condition).
- Sending quotation to customer after getting guide from manager (Pricing team is existed internally).
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Logistics working experience: over 3 years.
- University degree and above.
- Effective English communication (Written and verbal).
- Good MS Office.
- Excellent Customer service skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Requires minimum supervision.
- Strong Problem-Solving skills.
- Pro-active.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, hardworking and have mind of target achievement.
- Good at both team working and independent working, and have good mind at services management.
- Have positive mind and willing to go out for visiting.
- Matching “Right Way”.
- Faithfulness.
