Mô tả công việc
• Keep and develop good relationship with all members.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries by email.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
• Records details of customer interactions, satisfactions and complaints.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
• Supervising and managing money collection.
• Be responsible for following up and ensure members’ payment on time.
• Conduct supports to members such as solving client’s problem, support collect money.
• Consult about the client’s purchase agreement.
• Explaining client’s inquiry to the foreign manager.
• Keep and develop good relationship with all members.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Consult and explain all members’ inquiries.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Provide members’ feedback to the Management.
• Support ad-hoc duties assigned by Managers.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Good communicate skill. Good English.
• Experiences in working in Vietnam's top travel companies in outbound tour services (Overseas hotel and tour bookings) will be an advantage.
• Having experiences in customer service and/or sales in tourism industry is a plus.
• Handling Customer’s complaints.
• Service-oriented mindset and good customer service skills.
• Fast worker, able to multi-task and handled workload in a high volume and fast pace environment.
• Pleasant and well-trained in telephone etiquette.
• Meticulous and organized.
• Minimum College Diploma holder.
• Proficient in MS Office & English.
• Working from afternoon till evening preferred.
