Mô tả công việc
- Make PO for purchasing office equipment, stationery and follow up office facility maintenance (Ensure all in good working condition).
- Payment: control office expenses (Stationery, taxi bill, canteen, etc...), collect invoice, ensure the accuracy and make request for payment as deadlines.
- Booking air ticket, hotel, car arrangement for Foreigners and company members.
- Managing canteen, security, gardener activities.
- Working with relating government authority for Visa, Work Permit,...
- Supporting or rotating the Admin staffs jobs.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male only.
- Experience: at least 2 years working at the same position.
- English communication.
- Education: Graduated from University/College with major: English, Business Administration,....
- High responsibility, eager to learn, active in work.
