- Open bank account directly.
- Check an application and information of customer.
- Guide a sales agent in collecting customer’s application.
- Support customer in solving problem related to banking system.
- Supervise and manage customer’s document.
- Other tasks as assigned by direct managers.

- Good command of English or Korean.
- Good communication skill.
