General Description
This position is responsible for payroll and PIT, do reporting and analyst for stakeholders as required, support database for HR systems.
Specific Accountabilities
TAX & PIT
• PIT monthly and quarterly report
• PIT Finalization of Expats & Local
• Issue PIT invoice for Employees
• Registration of PIT code for expats & local (if any)
Payroll
• Payroll & PIT reports
• Prepare monthly Payroll (Main payroll, Consolidation report, Sum up Report) and get approval.
• Update related information (OT; Attendance; Leave; Non cash allowance…) For payroll calculation
• Prepare bank transfer & cash payment
• Send payslip
• Update Monthly cash requirement
• Check cost on recharge invoice (from RHO) with assignment letter; Update & follow cost to declare PIT
OT Tracking and Monthly Bonus
• OT analysis
• Coordinate with HRBP Officer to ensure the process is smoothly run
• Extract OT raw data in Software, update OT report monthly. Maintain report platform, structure, and formulas
HR reports; Labor Contract; Decisions
• Continue centralizing all the data and reports on HR metrics
• Prepare & submit periodical labor reports to DOLISA/ Government
HR Projects
• Participate HR Projects
• Report information timely to Project Leaders

Savvy of law, policies and procedures: Knowledge of the Labour Law and Local Tax Law, policies and procedures of the organization; uses this knowledge effectively in planning, problem solving and accomplishing tasks and assignment
Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
Experience and Qualifications
• University graduation with relating major
• At least 3+ year experience in payroll, PIT
Well reference from the multiple international companies.
