Purchasing Officer

This position will be responsible for handing delivery after purchasing decision had been made to the end of process for direct material as well as indirect material/services.

Besides PO expediting work, this position is also in charge of purchasing indirect production/services for requesting departments and other administration work for purchasing dept

• SAP work: create PO in SAP system
• Track delivery, coordinate with requesters to get products/ services delivered on time
• Arrange payment for suppliers for purchased goods/services
• Solve problems if any after delivery
• Purchasing administration work for purchasing dept
• Get offers from forwarders for shipping cost to pick up material under Ex-work delivery term.
• Receive and check purchasing request, coordinate with requesters to clarify specification and requirements and then to conduct purchasing work for indirect goods services: production consumable, IT equipment, stationery, spare part, consumable for maintenance etc.
• Follow up delivery and payment for purchased goods.
