Mô tả công việc
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Receiving and sorting daily incoming/outgoing mail of the office
- Monitor meeting room bookings
- Arrange transportation for staff
- Timely inform the Building’s management to fix small facility repairs under the budiling’s responsibilities
- Hotel booking for staff from other offices to Hanoi
- Other tasks as assigned by the Admin Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2-year work experience
- Pleasant personality, able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.
- Proactive, hard-working
- Can work in shifts, so flexibility is a plus.
Qualifications
- University graduate
- Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills in English & Vietnamese both written and verbal
