Regional Sales Manager

- Manage overall sales in the region and ensure growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, architects and interior designers in the APAC region.
- Continually monitor and track regional sales performance and report to Managing Director
- Train, motivate and inspire team members to ensure a successful and positive team environment
- Attend trade shows as needed
- Expected 40-60 days travel activity
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 5 years successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, preferable within the furniture industry
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Experience in managing and directing a sales team
- A bachelor or similar degree within business, sales or similar
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) in English. Preferable also in Vietnamese
- A team player with a “can-do” attitude and able to work autonomously
- Self-driven, extrovert and well-organized
- Location: HCMC or Binh Duong area, Vietnam
