- Providing support & general administration assistance to Sales Team
- Consolidating Retail/ Horeca customer database
- Responsible for sales contracts for Horeca and Retail if need
- Maintaining an efficient filing system (both soft and hard copy).
- Arranging meetings and appointments for Sales Manager and the Horeca Sales Team.
- Taking minutes of meetings as assigned.
- Coordinate to other departments for accounting, finance, logistic & deliveries.
- Responding to request for sales documents, materials or other information.
- Liaison for office equipment and maintenance requirements
- Ensure all data is accurate and working with managers to trouble-shoot problems
- Update schedules for data and ensure the proper completion of this task.
- Routine maintenance and back up of information.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- College or University graduated
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in secretarial position, preferably with foreign companies
- Additional qualifications would be advantageous.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word/ Excel/ Power Point)
- Accurate, reliable, self-confident and firm
- Careful, proactive and result-oriented.
- Able to work under high pressure with all levels of staff
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Honest, self motivated and disciplined.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- English is fluent
