- Deal with and take/respond to email and hotline inquiries from customers
- Assist agents/prospects' viewing of show units and apartment
- Generate the sales/ lease forms and agreements including new, update and renewal ones
- Track and follow up with collection of sales / lease transactions
- Prepare and process the finance related payment request form for processing the payment related to sales/lease transactions including agent commissions.
- Update all sales/ lease related policy
- Report the sales/ leasing on a monthly basis or on request
- Communicate internally and report the feedback from customers
- When required for lease admins, coordinate with the relevant teams to set up the lease apartment, conduct handover and exit procedure, coordinate with the building/ apartment management team to address the occupiers' inquiries.
- Properly file all relevant documents
- Assist on other administrative tasks in the sales/leasing team

- Qualifications / Knowledge: Diploma
- Technical skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Customer Service mindset
- Personal attributes: Excellent interpersonal skill
- Good in speaking and writing in English
