Sales Assistant Cum Office Admin

A. Sales Assistant:
1. Following up the progress of the contract from start to finish.
2. Preparing handover, liquidation documents for the project.
3. Keep tracking of sample folders. Update the sample list, and send a report for sample list/inventory each month.
4. Monitor and report of log book (timing in/out)
5. Doing admin job for Sales & Marketing department.
6. Coordinating with salesman to follow up customers' orders and the process of delivering products to customers
8. Other duties as assigned.
B. Office Admin
1. Welcome guest.
2. Manage the catalogs, samples.
2. Manage all office equipment: printer, fax, air conditioner, computer…. to make sure smooth operation.
3. Order and manage sending office stationery, uniform….
4. Manage the office expense and claim: car, taxi, electric, water, telephone...
5. Support for booking accommodation for client and staff.
6. Other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Participate, support in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows.
2. Maintain professional appearance and behavior to uphold a positive company image

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. BS/MS degree in Business administration or a related field
2. Having at least 1 year experience as a Sales Assistant.
3. Good at negotiating with customers, partners.
4. Fluently in English.
