We are looking for a Sales Executive to participate in sales activities and contribute to business growth, with the ultimate goal of maximizing profit for the company.
A Sales Executive should thoroughly understand the clients, market, and industry trends to develop efficient sales plans. Main responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, managing the sales pipeline, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Specifically, a Sales Executive's common tasks are as follows:
• Conduct market research to keep up with the industry trends, identify potential market segments, and selling possibilities, and evaluate customer needs.
• Develop and execute business development action plan that aligns with the company’s vision.
• Actively seek out new leads and selling opportunities through data mining/lead generation, cold email, social media (mainly LinkedIn), cold calling, and networking; Build up and constantly update the lead database.
• Effectively drive the leads through the sales pipeline, as well as drive the potential clients into action.
• Set up meetings with potential clients, and listen to their needs and concerns; Consult clients about the company’s services; Prepare quotations and provide information as requested; Negotiate contracts; Update client database.
• Identify, propose, and utilize potential touchpoint channels with clients, mainly organizations, conferences, and relevant websites.
• Coordinate with Account managers to manage projects from clients and maintain client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Vendor management team and vendors, oversee vendors’ quality to ensure that client’s requirements be fully met.
• Closely coordinate with the Marketing team for external and internal marketing activities.
• Other jobs assigned by Sales & Marketing Manager and CEO.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Economics, or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the same position; basic marketing knowledge is a plus.
- Experience working in the translation & localization industry is a plus.
- Good command of business English, both written and spoken; comfortable communicating with foreign clients via email, phone calls, virtual and/or in-person meetings.
- Having a strong passion for sales and “Customer first” mindset.
- Possessing a can-do attitude and optimization mindset, being creative, proactive, and supportive.
- Adept at acquiring new knowledge, technology, and sales/marketing techniques.
- Able to work effectively within tight timelines and different time zones
- Good teamwork skills.
