Senior Associate, Advisory (HCM and HN office)

We are currently in search of suitable candidates for the role of Senior Associate - Advisory to join our team of seasoned legal professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis to support clients.
• Leadership and teamwork with associates, junior associates and trainee associates to review legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
• Participating in client meetings, negotiations, and presentations and managing client relationships.
• Provide training to junior associates, and legal assistants in advisory practices.
• Collaborate with partners to develop business opportunities and contribute to the firm's growth.
• Fulfill other specialized duties as directed by superiors.
