- To execute Tender calling & award procedure
- To execute Purchasing procedure
- To check and recommend on payment, VO, EOT, final account, post-evaluation and closing contract.
- Work with relevant departments/ parties to complete all related works properly.
- To assist GD/DGD/ Project Director/ Dept head on any work that assign
- Timely report as per on request of GD/DGD/ Project Director/ Dept head
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- 5 years of working experience in similar position
- Written and verbal proficiency in Vietnamese & English.
- Proficiency in using office computer software and specialized software.
- Good communication, presentation & negotiation.
- Having experience in tender calling is preferred.
- Passionate, hardworking, highly analytical, and high teamwork spirit.
