HRBP Roles & responsibilities:
1. Support functional organization development.
- Consult to head of function future organization aligned with reference organization chart.
- Support to responsible functions in talent management, Training & development, performance appraisal, to ensure it is aligned with EDD and career development.
- EDD, GTR processes, Functional Training plan monitoring & report timely and effective
- Review and monitor employee qualification, skill matrix give advisory for development
- Assist head of functions to build up Succession Plan.
- Conduct orientation training
2. Talent Acquisition
- Provide effective searching & interview & selection aligned with business plan
- Candidate's database monitoring, hiring plan monitoring & report
- Ensure the quality of recruitment and budget control
3. Operational roles:
- Understand, develop and execute HR strategies to fulfil business objectives.
- Communicating with employees in functions regarding change in organization, HR policies & processes, in touch with employee to understand their motivation and behaviours.
- Closely work with Line Managers to ensure performance review done properly and on time.
- Attend functional meetings to understand the business operation and strategies.
Employee Mediator:
- Managing the relationship between colleagues in function and between staff and manager.
- Jointly contribute to the development and implementation of the team culture and values align with company.
- Develop team work in the responsible function
- Discipline management
- Support and monitoring company salary review & proposal salary for new hire
- Ensure employee's performance appraisal recorded and computerized systematically.
Specialist roles & responsibilities
- Monitoring Training process and procedure ensure complying with the law and MH
- Develop hiring & monitor overall Training plan
- Advisory to HRBP related Training & development
- Responsible for related audit
Yêu cầu công việc
- Major subject: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar
- Minimum of eight to ten years of work experience, whereas at least three years of work experience in an MNC required
- Fluent written & spoken English
- Know-how: practice as HRBP, strong local labour law knowledge.
- Experienced: Staffing, Training monitoring, Employee Relations.
- Project management and change management experience
- Strong business acumen
- Very good time management and prioritization skills
- Analytical and pragmatic problem solver
- Communicative, Planning and problem solving
- Well organized and detail-oriented, Forward-thinking & insightful & persuasive, rapport attitude, especially honed people skills
- Suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned above at the required level
