OVERALL VIEW OF THE JOB
The Senior Legal & Compliance Executive will be responsible for managing contracts & legal documents, monitoring information security, researching for legal update, giving legal advices for the work in progress and supervising the team's members. He or she will also be in charge of translating legal documents and engaging the improvement & development of Legal's working process.
1/ Contract & Legal docs of Company
- Draft and revise contracts, agreements;
- Review and draft company in-house legal documents/Forms;
- Manage and submit documents of application, amendment to the competent authorities: intellectual property (copyright, trademark…), IC, ERC...
2/ Legal Update and Advice
- Keep abreast with updates in Vietnam Laws;
- Perform advice related to issues including advertising, labor, intellectual property, etc. as prescribed in law.
3/ Information Security Management
- Apply information security management (ISM) for all staffs, suppliers and Clients;
- Train staffs about the ISM process;
- Prepare and perform jobs related to the ISM process when being assigned.
- Other duties assigned.
4/ Other Duties
- Translate contracts, agreement and other documents;
- Train legal knowledge and guide on the compliance with internal regulation to manager/director level and the Company’s employees;
- Other duties assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor in Law;
- At least 2-3 years working experience;
- Experience in CONTRACT REVIEW & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY is highly preferred;
- Carefulness in reading and understanding applicable laws;
- Fluent written & spoken English;
- Have experience in COPYRIGHT is an advantage;
- Matured communication, problem handling, and interpersonal skills;
- Be integrity, honest, careful, modest;
- A professional, independent, confident, excellent teamwork and knowledge-sharing spirit;
- Customer service oriented and resultoriented;
- Outgoing, flexible.
