Trưởng Phòng Nhân Sự (HR Manager)
Mô tả công việc
- Manage HR team 2 staffs.
- Manage all aspects of payroll administration- such as attendance, overtime, social insurance…Ensure the data on -payroll is exactly, fairly and compliant with company policy, requirement of Vietnamese PIT and labor law.
- Implement recruitment procedure to ensure getting right person for the right position at the right time.
- Implement of performance evaluation polices.
- Consulting to General Director about Human Resource Policies;
- Responsible for establishing, maintaining and reviewing HR policies and procedures in meeting company and statutory requirements.
- Offer orientation for new employee (all company rules & regulations).
- Solving all dispute, complains and questions relate to company policy, salary, labor law ...
- Be the representative of the company in managing the relationship with some government authorities when required (Labor Dept, Social Insurance, Industrial Zone, Police Depts etc…).
- Be the responsibility for any auditing relate HR from government and customer.
- Work with outside agencies for auditing, reporting
- Managing all admin jobs.

Yêu cầu công việc
- B.A in university or equivalent university.
- Experience in HR with over 10 years in which 5-6 years in HR management.
- English communication skills, spoken and written
- Excellent relationship management skill.
- HR budgeting and cost control skills
- Personnel analyses skill.
- Department leadership
- Presentation skill
