- Oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes;
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues;
- Manage the recruitment and selection process;
- Maintain payroll plan and benefits program;
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management;
- Manage the office for good working environment;
- Ensured all office equipment, company facilities are well-maintained;
- Sorted, organized, and stored internal documents, outgoing documents...;
- Made request of payment for administration costs such as: electricity, water, telephone, flight ticket, hotel, oil fee, stationeries...;
- Perform other jobs under the direction of Manager.
- Assist CEO if needed
