1/ R&D

- Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees;

- Process and make a report about the exit interview;

- Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive;

- Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have;

- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues;

- Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees

2/ C&B

- Administer or change benefits (salary, social insurance,…), health plans, retirement plans,…;

- Follow the employee’s attendance for Hanoi branch;

- Update and maintain the database related to staffing agenda – staff database, staff movement record.

3/ OTHER TASKS

- Manage and supervise other AD&HR staffs in dept., ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks;

- Other required tasks from HOD and BOD.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Preferably with a minimum 3 years of experience working;

- Good knowledge in Vietnamese Labor Law;

- Strong problem solving skill, initiative, and multitasking and organizational skills;

- Team player and also should have ability to work independently;

- Be able to work with high pressure environment;

- Good at English (both written and spoken skill). Able to communicate in Japanese is a great advantage.
