Mô tả công việc
- Prepare/ review/ advise service agreements and commercial contracts.
- Translate agreements, contracts, resolutions and legal letters/ documents.
- Dealing with authorities on relevant matters.
- Update new legal legislation in relation to the Company‘s business.
- Handling administrative works of Legal Team
- Other tasks as assigned by Legal & Compliance Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Laws (Commercial or Business)
- At least 3-5 years of experience preferably in aviation field
- Experience in foreign companies either in-house or law firm is preferable.
- Proficiency in English language both written and spoken
- Willing to take on new tasks
- Ability to work under high pressure
