- Receive, respond and solve to customer requests.
- Coordination to provide services as the request of customers
- Revenue confirmation and reporting
- Maintaining relationships with customers
Yêu cầu công việc
* Education:
- Graduated from University of Economic, Foreign trade, foreign language or related majors.
* Experience:
- At least 6 months - 01 year of experience in Customer Services staff position in international freight forwarding/logistics field.
* Skill:
- Good English (both in writing and speaking)
- Understanding about Incoterm;
- Using proficiently Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
