ACTION COMPOSITES VN is the joint venture company invested from Europe and Taiwan, the Company has been established since September 2018 and started production in Apr 2019. Our products are carbon composites with high stiffness, high energy absorption and light weight for luxury cars. ACTION COMPOSITES located in Nhon Trach IZ 3

Company will offer the transportation from HCMC and Bien Hoa to factory

Responsibility:

Export information from finger printer software, upload data to payroll software.
Checking, collecting and managing data of timesheets, production efficiency data to make sure having right data for calculating salary, bonus…
Gross check with finance for the accurate payment.
Report increase or decrease with Social agency in Dong Nai province.
Handle sickness case, maternity in regards to insurance benefits.
Carry out procedures with new employees, resigned employees.
Make Probation Employment Contract and Labor Contract.
Monitoring and management of Labour contracts.
Complete social and health insurance, personal accident insurance or other insurance benefits for employees every month upon case-by-case basis.
Contact social, health agency offices and labour authorities on providing Social insurance book and health insurance card for employees according to local law.
Salary calculation for all employees.
Other HR tasks assigned by Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 2 years experience in Compensation & Benefit
Solid knowledge and experience in labor law, social-insurance and income tax issues in Vietnam
Preferably experience in an international environment
Organization
Have knowledge of international standard
Computer Skills about MS
Sense of responsibility
Preparedness
Accuracy about all Contract and Reports
Good command of English
Strong personality
communications talent
