1. Achieve collection target on Recovery Rate, Productivity, Budget Control and so on
2. Proper manage collection team with higher satisfaction and lower attrition rate
3. Schedule monthly collection tasks
4. Administer collection procedures and assist with queries
5. Adjust collection process if necessary
6. Keep collection call in good quality and have no serious complaint happens in phone collection
7. Schedule working shifts of collectors reasonably
8. Maintain relationship with collector and team building
9. Other tasks as assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
Education/Experience
1. University degree or above, major in Credit/Risk/Legal/Finance preferred
2. 5+ years Working experience in business operations field and at least 3 years team management experience, experience in call center/collection is an advantage

• Fluent in English(verbal/written) preferred
• Strong Interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong analytical and project management skills

• Proven problem solving skills
