Purpose of the position
Support HR Manager to drive and secure the high quality, effectiveness and efficiency of all Human Resources activities in the assigned Country.

Key Tasks
• Assist HR Manager in managing all relevant HR policies, procedures and guidelines and make sure all staffs understand, implement and follow.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to HR executives
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations…)
• Coordinate HR projects ( meeting, training, surveys…) and take report
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issue, rules and regulations.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing data (absences, leaves, other information related to payroll of staffs)
• Communicate with public services when necessary.
• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews, source candidates and update database.
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
• Maintains employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential
• Provide HR key figures to meet internal and external requirements (staff turnover, leave of absence, etc.)
• Assists in managing training, facilitate and continues learning, including enrollments, notification, calendaring and reporting.
• Assists in maintaining, tracking, and reporting of Panlink data and personnel records
• Ensure the integrity of HR related information
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Educational background / Work experience
• Minimum bachelor’s degree preferably with a diploma in Business/Economics, HR, Legal or related disciplines
• Good orientation in all major HR functional areas
• Min. 2 years of human resources leadership experience

Function / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working
• Detailed knowledge of local legislation and regulations and of the local labor market
• Project management and process skills
• Experience in an international work environment is an asset
