Mô tả công việc
- Reporting directly to the GM and also an EXCOM member
- He/she will takes charge and lead the overall sales and marketing team and it’s operations to
- maximize revenues through sales, yield distribution, communication strategies and consistent
- positioning of the hotel within the guidelines established for the brand, ensuring brand clarity and
- integrity is maintained at all times.
- Details will be discussed during the interview.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Over 7 years progressive sales and marketing work-related experience, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Over 5 years in a management capacity is required with minimum over 2 years in a Director of Sales position.
- Knowledgeable about hotel industry, current market and competitors
- Strong organiser and planner for long/short term and able to react immediately to critical market situations.
- Ability to analyse, interpret and extract trends from data to strategise and plan for positive results/outcomes.
- Ability to develop / oversee an effective marketing plan as a whole and for each business and market
- segment.
- Revenue driven, conversant with revenue management and channel/distribution management.
- Strong influencing, negotiation and decision making skills
- Effective spoken and written English communication skills
- Able to lead, manage and develop a cohesive, productive and professional team
- Bachelor degree in hotel management, or b
