Being in charge of following jobs at Hai Phong office:
Accounting tasks:
- Manage debts, receivable and payment accounts of branch, in-out activities of goods on accounting system.
- Process orders of Marketing staff , issue invoices for customers in Hai Phong office
- Manage cash and budget of branch according to company regulation.
- Do accounting reports according to request of Accounting manager
Administrative tasks:
- Be responsible for daily General Affair tasks of Hai Phong office including preparing documents, doing payment for general expense.
- Arrange accommodation and transportation for staff ( booking hotel, air ticket)
- Follow up and report working attendance, business expense of staff and sale workers.
- Calculate salary and compulsory insurance (Social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance)
- Other general administrative duties as required
