Mô tả công việc

• Optimize digital marketing campaigns via Facebook and Google monthly, estimate CPL and CPC appropriately for different audiences, manage assets for multiple campaigns, utilize resources efficiently and achieve highest possible ROIs.
• Build landing page content for events and products to attract the right target audience, actively modify content on landing pages and relevant sites to ensure one-voice communication, select suitable content on different devices, generate friendly content flow and manage tracking on Google Analytics and boost conversion.
• Produce content in text, visual artwork, video or etc. in line with marketing strategy and brand guidelines, and supervise the content building process from draft to finalization to ensure image high quality, overall comprehensible content and effective call-to-action.
• Create and follow social calendars to amplify key marketing messages, drive engagement, enforce brand values, and maintain good relationships with followers.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver objectives, overview workflows to ensure efficiency, teamwork and project deadlines, as well as generate performance reports and rationales.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Professional Communication, Public Relations, or similar.
• At least two years’ experience in a similar marketing or advertising orientated position.
• Previous experience in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns on variety of online platforms.
• Demonstrated skills in optimizing ads on Facebook and Google and managing business pages.
• Demonstrated experience in copywriting, especially in Vietnamese.
• Excellent reporting and analytical skills to be able to interpret findings and report on impact of online campaigns.
• Experience with basic design and website layout concepts.
• Ability to work in teams and participate as a productive team member.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet short deadlines.
• Prior experience of working with advertising agencies is desirable.
• Ability to display appropriate behaviours in line with the position, as per the RMIT Behavioural Capability Framework (Connectedness, Commitment to Excellence – Improve and Simplify; Imagination and Innovation; Impact; Inclusion; Agility).
• English is the language of teaching and communication at RMIT Vietnam. If English is not your native language then you will be required to demonstrate a minimum English language proficiency standard equivalent to IELTS (General) 5.5 or Linguaskill 150 (or equivalent, as outlined in the Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding Guidelines). RMIT Vietnam will require you to complete a Lingual Skill test to assess your level of English before an offer of employment can be made.
