Mô tả công việc
- Plan and orientation functions of purchasing department.
- To advise the Board of Management of finding new suppliers and evaluation.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for purchase dept.
- Responsible for employee assistance related negotiating with new suppliers in order to ensure progress in the provision of goods, equipment, materials production time.
- Ensure purchase with reasonable price, good quality according to the standards required.
- Solve the case of delay, substandard goods.
- Maintain the current provider, and seeking new suppliers in order to determine pricing, quality products.
- Executive management staffs to make a purchase professional work.
- Review, propose and implement the requirements for goods or services that meet the business activities on the basis of the Board of Directors has approved quickly, proactively and effectively.
- Supplier Management processes of the company in accordance with criteria: energy, product, delivery time, after sales service, payment methods, development potential.
- Response all requirements for Estimation Dept. on product prices.
- Perform some other work as requested by General Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree in Economics, Foreign Language ...
- At least 03 years experience in similar position.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel ...
- Use English fluently
- Ability to manage staffs well.
- Responsibility, honesty, careful and dynamic work.
- Good relationship with all colleagues.
