- Follow through with buyer, visit buyer frequently to get to know their demand and requirement to ensure customer’s satisfaction
- Drive effective communications with customer to strengthen and build up relationships with buyer
- Anticipate sales revenues by setting up plan and strategy to approach customer
- Co-work with Purchasing team to get best quotation and submit to customer via email, BQMS, SAP and/or SPMS system
- Follow up Customer’s Purchase order, ensure delivery schedule and manage pending PO to actively update to Buyer
- Control inbound, outbound cargos and arrange for delivery following customer’s demand
- Manage monthly closing transaction, prepare all related documents for issuing selling invoice
- Issue selling invoice, follow up payment status
- Manage aging stock and pending payment from customer
- Fulfill other tasks assigned by Part-leader and Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce.
- Having 1-2 year experience in customer service, sales or related fields
- Having experience in working for B2B trading companies is preferred
- Good communication skill in English
- Excellent at Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point and advanced computer skills
