Tenant master data controlling

  • Liaise with Lease Administrator to ensure all lease terms and conditions are accurately reflected in the SUN system and relevant soft/ hardcopy filling is maintained.

Sales & Invoices issuance

  • Ensure all revenue charges are invoiced accurately and in accordance with the terms of each lease, ensuring the invoices are delivered to the correct person.
  • Review tenant billing calculations to ensure correct charges are invoiced for each billing period.

Debt Collection & Zero Arrears Managing

  • Supervise management and control of all bank accounts, completing bank reconciliations on a regular basis and passing all necessary journal / adjustment entries.
  • Accept any tenants' cash payments, strictly adhering to rules for counting cash, counterfeit note detection, plus the issue of any change and receipts
  • Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities

Petty Cash Management

  • Manage Petty Cash.

Filing and Reporting

  • Prepare and distribute various reports, including but not limited to Receivable Reports, VAT Input Report, Invoice using Report, General Ledger and Financial Statements Analysis.
  • Deliver timely and accurate reports and forecasting, analyse business operations, trends, costs, revenue, financial commitments and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses which can be utilized for preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts etc.
  • Assist in the identification of opportunities for cost reduction / profit maximization
Yêu cầu công việc
  • University Degree.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software programmes including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to understand, interpret and analyse numerical information. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, in both Vietnamese and English at good level.
  • Ability to accurately translate documents from English to Vietnamese, and from Vietnamese to English.
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
