Responsibilities:
****Admin & Receptionist (70%-80%)
o Greeting guests to the company, answering incoming & outgoing calls and mails, transferring to relevant department.
o Follow the domestic delivery and deliver to relevant departments.
o Preparing welcome drinks (tea, coffee, soft drinks, etc.) & lunch for clients when they visit.
o Be responsible for company’s travel arrangement: car/taxi arrangement, booking hotel, air ticket…
o Be responsible for meeting arrangement;
o Be responsible for all company events/ activities;
o Periodically evaluate and select company’s best suppliers;
o Mange & ensured cleanliness, orderliness and professionalism
o Manage company's cleaners & driver
o Manage attendance, Org-chart & Employee List
o Contact & supervise vendor for work permit/ TRC/ visa for foreigner co-worker.
o Arrange & support new comer according to company's process
o Do HR & Admin paper work

****HR (20-30%) WILL BE TRAINED IF NEEDED:
o Posting job (Vietnamworks , LinkedIn, Facebook...)
o Screening CVs and Interview arrangement
o Other tasks assigned by HR director

Yêu cầu công việc

• FLUENCY IN ENGLISH IS THE MUST
• At least 3 years’ experience in the same position
• Good looking & sociable with customer service attitude
• Dynamics, careful, detail-oriented and proactive
• Good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in fast pace international environment
• Proficient with Microsoft office, google drive, internet, social network
• Teamwork spirit and good communication skill
• BA degree in Economics, Administration or relating field
