Admin (& Legal Assistant/ Translator)

- Daily management of administrative work of projects in the companies under the Group.
- Drafting, organizing and managing correspondence letters and documents.
- Filling drawings, documents and records of projects (soft/ hard copy) in a neat and systematic manner
- Able to communicate with the leadership in English, understand and grasp, quickly handle work requests from the leaders.
- Report and advise leaders quickly on arising problems of the projects.
- Schedule and organize meetings with partners, clients and authorities.
- Prepare, draft meeting minutes, interpret in meetings.
- Translating official documents, letters and meeting minutes in the Group of companies.
- Proficient in office work, organized and excellent time management skills
- Support work coordination with members in the Group of companies.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University Graduated in Business, Law, Administration or equivalent.
- Proficient in English: fluent communication in written and verbal English, specialized translation is an advantage. (Economic, Law. Real estate)
- Preference will be given to candidates who have knowledge of investment law and real estate law.
- Proficient in the use of office software
- Have good communication skills
- Honesty, carefulness, attentive in details and high responsibility in work
- Grasp and communicate accurate information.
- Able to work under pressure and multi task.
- Work time: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Work location: Da Nang Office - 27-29 Ly Tu Trong, Hai Chau, Da Nang
