Assistant Management Accounting Manager

- Forecasting and Budgeting
- Responsible for coordination and manage forecasting/ budgeting events as set by defining timelines, providing guidance and templates, coordinating with all involved departments, consolidating and challenging submitted data in order to achieve overall results.
- Ensure spending by department is within given budget.
- Company performance Monitoring
- Analysis significant variance between actual vs. forecasting (Sales & Operating expenses)
- Ensure monthly management reports are completed in an accurate and timely manner
Reporting:
- Prepare internal reports for BOD and BU on their performances and expenses
- Submit Latest Estimation of sales expense at month end
- Evaluate performance of customer in monthly bases and share back to BOD and BU
- Prepare and provide ad-hoc reports for management purpose and business purport Stimulation costing
- Carry out stimulation costing for projects as per customer requests by working with MKT/RnD/Purchasing/Logistic and manufacturing teams
- Assist manager in building stimulation template and pricing consolidation.
- Evaluate actual profitability of product and customer
