Mô tả công việc

- Recruit Engineers for project team as requested by BOD or other departments.
- Make internal and external notices or decisions as: appointment, mobilization of manpower to site, salary change, memo notices….
- Solve araising problems related to the labor relationship of team.
- In charge of making visa procedure for VN staffs of team to work oversea (Laos, Myanmar, Campuchia,...)
- In charge of team’s events like summer holiday, party, ….…
- Book air tickets and hotels/accommodations for BOM or staffs on business trips
- Other tasks shall be assigned by BOD

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree on Human Resources Management or equivalent
- At least 03 years working with the same scope of work
- Well know about Insurance Law, Labor Law and different recruitment channels.
- High sense of responsibility in confidential matter
- Be able to work under high pressure
- Have good experience in Construction company
- English: Good level
- Good at computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point.)
- Highly priority for available candidates can be on job right after successful interview.
