Mô tả công việc
  1. Manage recruitment activities and deploy activities to attract talent.
  2. Manage activities to retain talent and employee relations.
  3. Manage compensation and benefit.
  4. Manage general affare activities.
  5. Build training plan and manage the implementation of training plan as well as evaluate the effectiveness of each training course.
  6. Set up strategies for HR&GA department to achieve company objective.
  7. Set up department KPI and manage performance of HR&GA department to achieve KPI’s target.
  8. Coordinate with related department to deploy employee yearly evaluation.
  9. Prepare and control budget of department.
Yêu cầu công việc
  1. Education: Bachelor Degree or higher level in HR Management, Business Administration, Law, Accounting or related field.
  2. Experience: At least 5 years experience in manufacturing company (Size: >100 employees) and at lease 2 years experience in manager level.
  3. Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) business is preferable.
  4. Good management skills such as analytical skills, problem solving skill, leadership skill.
  5. Languages: Good command in English
  6. Male or Female, 33-40 years old.

  • Working hours: 8am – 5pm, Mon- Fri, alternative Saturdays.
