Mass Recruitment Executive

60% Recruitment:
- Responsible for full cycle of search and recruitment activities including advertising, screening, interviewing, recommendations to successful placements make sure fit with company requirements about quality and quantity
- Arrange and follow-up regularly interview schedules with Brands Operation Team and candidates.
- Propose salary range base on experience/ performance for various positions
- Manage job offers and onboarding to new comer
- Cooperate with Head Hunt if necessary
- Other tasks assign by superior
- 30% Implementing the Employment Support:
- Guiding new employees to submit personal documents as prescribed
- Guidelines for the integration of new employees (rules, policies, regulations ...)
10% Recruitment sources
- Manage and develop candidate database, track potential candidates for future vacancies
- Develop and maintain suitable sources Employee’s Job Description
- Update information about the market situation, recruitment, recruitment program proposed to improve the efficiency of recruitment
