  • Responsible for all Recruitment Advertising including liaising with outside agencies, professionals and clients as and when appropriate
  • Promote adherence to Recruitment Policies, Procedures and Standards, advising on their use and implementation
  • Oversee all starter and leaver administration including offer letters, writing to referees and preparing Contracts of Employment
  • Oversee maintenance of 201 filing
  • Sourcing of candidates by initial screening, personal interviews / telephonic interviews and handling the entire joining process of the candidates
  • Understand and analyze overall Clients needs and requirements. (description, salary, expectations, etc)
  • Regular follow-up with candidates, and managing a healthy pipeline
  • Scheduling interviews, briefing candidates before and after interview
  • Posting job descriptions on job portals
  • Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis and job evaluation surveys
  • Designing and expanding training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual;
  • Devising individual learning plans and producing training materials
  • Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees
  • Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers/supervisors
  • Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met
  • Evaluating training and development program
  • Keeping up to date with developments in training
  • Provide Recruitment and Training monitoring reports
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, Political Science, Legal Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, equivalent.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment and Training Officer.
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
  • Good computer and database skills
  • Flexible approach and willingness to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels
  • Excellent command of written & spoken Vietnamese and English are both required
  • Willing to be based in Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam.
