LONG THANH GOLF INVESTMENT AND TRADING JSC, which is a member of KN GROUP, was established in 2005 and is specialized in investing in diverse fields such as Real Estate, Golf Club, Hotels and Restaurants, Tourism, Mineral Exploration and so on. Our conducting projects/sites are mostly located in Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, Lam Dong, Khanh Hoa … and in Lao People’s Democratic Republic. In order to expand and develop the business, we are now looking for two experts aiming to build a successful career and be a part of a professional team with lots of attractive opportunities.
Position: Recruitment Officer (01 in Dong Nai Province and 01 in Khanh Hoa Province)
Responsibilities: You will:
- Conduct recruitment procedure such as spreading hiring information, sourcing, screening CV, short-listing, scheduling interviews and following up.
- Plan and execute related activities aiming to enhance Long Thanh Golf employer brand.
- Maintain and develop candidate data to ensure candidate source.
- Work closely with recruiting agencies for effective recruitment.
- Propose optimal recruitment channels/method, improve hiring capabilities of Long Thanh Golf group companies.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor or higher education, major in Law, Economics (Business Administration, Human Resources or Finance) or equal.
- Experienced at least 02 years in recruitment or in a similar role.
- Can work with all walks of life.
- Organization and time-management skills.
- Good at English, communication, negotiation and presentation.
- Good understanding of Vietnam Labor Law.
- Team work spirit and can work under high pressure.
- Salary is negotiable.
