Sales Manager (Kitchen, F&B - Khu Vực HCM, Nha Trang, Đà Nẵng)

Sales development:

• Main task is to increase sales
• Create and develop sales plan to achieve goal set by the Company
• Be responsible for the Sales & marketing of Products handle by the Company

Market intelligence:

• Be able to know where to get market information and other relevant information to enhance the sales
• Seize market trend, competitors and products’ application, make report to Director and initiate appropriate action plans
• Research, develop and implement long & short term marketing plans

Customer management:

• Understand of the business & knowing the Customers are important
• Maintain existing customer and improving business relationship
• Provide prompt response related to quality, technical applications, inquiries and other related issues
• Conduct customers’ assessments and analyses to ensure the strategic focus is in the right place

Sales Team management:

• Must be a good example and self-motivated, result-oriented person
• Have Leadership quality: plan, organize, train, manage and control Sales staffs
