  • • Assist to arrange the Partners’ working schedules;
  • Coordinate the work assignments from the Partners to the Associates;
  • Prepare claims for the Partner’s business expenses;
  • Give guidance and assistance to colleagues in complying with the Firm’s policy and procedures;
  • File and organise emails and documents;
  • Format, print, photocopy and bind documents;
  • Handle phone calls, greet guests and clients;
  • Handle travel arrangements;
  • Assist to organise the company events; and
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support as instructed.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • College graduate or higher;
  • At least 1 year of experience;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Good communication skill;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Diligence, carefulness and good sense of responsibility; and
  • Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
