Mô tả công việc

Be responsible for uploading input invoices, issuing invoices for customers on Accounting system
Follow up A/R or A/P to ensure all payments are correct
Create VAT return and assume tax refund monthly
Have solid knowledge on financial statements
Support to collect, explain and supplement requested documents for tax reports or auditors
Always support accounting team members, active to solve any problem to make sure nothing blocked due to accounting, co-operate with IMV Hanoi to ensure the consistent consolidated data.
Mutually support general job in accounting team, build a team-working with other departments and any request leader.

Yêu cầu công việc

University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing.
Having thorough knowledge about Vietnam Accounting standards and tax regulations & rules
Experience on multi-tasks, especially in AR/ AP & tax (VAT return & tax refund)
Prefer candidates with 1-2 years’ experience in the same position
Excellent in communicating with related departments, customer, vendors and tax officers
Good at MS office skills, especially Excel.
Basic English communication is prefer

Customer-focused attitude
Be able and willing to work under high pressure
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
