* POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY :
- To support and assist the Factory Controller as Co-Pilot to support factory management in decision making process. To be finance support for the assets management and project expenditure management with the sound knowledge and understanding of inventory, fixed assets and expenditure.
* MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITY :
* FIXED ASSET
- Stocktaking Fixed Asset frequently
- Follow up Small purchase expenditure
- Support Engineering team settle Fixed Assets on the system
* STOCK CHECKING
- Validate monthly cycle/ surprisingly count to variances, stock adjustments and sundry issues
- Tools management
* PEC
- Support Period End Close for the factory
* BUDGETING
- Support Factory team to prepare of capital investment plan
* SCRAP SALES
- Check relevant document
- Issue invoices and maintain data
* PROJECT
- Update project expenditure
- Check, validate data, and settle project assets
- Manage project expenditure
- Coordinate with project team on goods receipt
- Forecast project expenditure and activities
* OTHERS
- Involvement in factory activities (e.g Suggestion, 5S, ect…)

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education requirement: Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
- English ability: good (speaking, reading and writing)
- Computer skill: required. Computer knowledge: MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Power Point, etc…
- Experience related to position: 01-03 years
- Fixed asset and inventory standards, Knowledge of SAP financial modules
- Good understanding of project processes
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership-showed, Confidentiality, Dedication, prudent and pay attention to detail
- Organize the daily work effectively and meets deadlines
